Difficult serves
Some people know the papers are coming. Some moved and didn't tell anyone. Those are the jobs where it matters who's doing the serving, and what tools they have when knocking isn't enough.

Guaranteed after service is completed. Notary included.
No dispatcher
Status updates go straight to your email from the server.
What makes a serve difficult
A serve rarely fails because nobody tried. It fails because the first few tries were at the wrong time, at the wrong address, or by someone who stopped going back.
None of that is unusual. It takes patience, good information and someone paying attention.
How we handle them
01
The first attempt happens within 48 hours, and attempts are included in the price, so there's no reason to quit early. We go back early, late, and whenever the pattern points to.
02
When the address on file is no good, we run advanced skip traces to find where the person actually is now, instead of knocking on the same wrong door again.
03
When someone can only be caught at one place and one time, we wait for them. Stakeouts are billed by the hour, with the rate on the pricing page.
04
A car that's never in the driveway, a neighbor who says he moved, a name on the mailbox that doesn't match. It goes in your email updates, so you're not guessing about your next step.
05
If service still can't be made, you get an affidavit of due diligence showing every attempt, so you have something solid to bring to the court.
Help us help you
The more we have going in, the fewer trips it takes. Anything helps:
Put it in the email with the papers.
From a client
“He gets the job done no matter what time of day or night, no matter what the location, and communicates throughout the entire process… if I ask him to serve a Complaint, it will get done without me having to follow up every day to see how the process is going.”

Questions
We keep coming back at different times and days. If there's a time and place they're sure to be, a stakeout is often the fastest way to finish the job.
Send it anyway. We run advanced skip traces to find a current address before anyone wastes a trip.
We wait at the location where the person is most likely to show, and serve them when they do. Stakeouts are billed by the hour. The rate is on the pricing page.
Yes. Send what the last server learned, including addresses tried and times they went, so we don't repeat what didn't work.
No. Attempts are included in regular service, so we keep going until the person is served or it's clear they can't be.
A notarized affidavit of due diligence that lists the attempts, so you have what you need for the next step with the court.
