Working at a distance

Set up so you never have to come here

Everything by email

Send PDFs. We print them here in New Jersey, so nothing has to be overnighted. The first 50 pages are free. Status updates come back to your email too.

Your court's affidavit form

Send the affidavit or proof-of-service form your court requires, and we fill it out. It comes back within one business day of service, notarized.

Subpoenas domesticated here

A subpoena from another state usually has to be domesticated before it can be served in New Jersey. We handle that step. Pricing is on request, since it varies.

Pay online

One invoice, payable online, so there's no check to mail across state lines. If we covered a witness fee, it's already on it.

Common jobs

What out-of-state firms send us

  • A summons and complaint for a defendant who lives or works in New Jersey
  • A subpoena for a New Jersey witness, domesticated if it hasn't been already
  • A subpoena for records held by a New Jersey business
  • Documents that need a notary, with a mobile notary who drives to the signer
  • Other court papers that have to reach someone here

Tri-state is home turf. PDQ specializes in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, so firms on both sides of the river can use the same server.

From a client

“He gets the job done no matter what time of day or night, no matter what the location, and communicates throughout the entire process… if I ask him to serve a Complaint, it will get done without me having to follow up every day to see how the process is going.”
